2] Advocate Kothari on behalf of respondent no. 2 points out availability of alternate remedy under Section 70 of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976. 3] After hearing Advocates Shri Kothari, Shri Patil and learned AGP, we find that interim orders are operating since 20/05/2016.

4] We therefore continue those interim orders for a period of six weeks more. Petitioner to file appeal before Competent Authority in the meanwhile and obtain appropriate orders from the Appellate authority.

2 wp2874.2016 5] Continuation of interim orders by this Court shall not influence Appellate authority in any manner. 6] Interim orders passed by us shall cease to operate automatically after six weeks.

7] With this observation and liberty, we dispose of writ petition. No costs.
