Shri P. S. Tembhare, learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for the respondents. 3.

Challenge is to clause (y) of Government Resolution dated 19-4-1997 prohibiting fishing cooperative societies like the petitioner from purchasing seeds from other parties, society or from importing the same. Interim orders on same lines were also sought. This Court on 20-7-2000 observed that in case, fish-seeds are not available with the respondents, it will be open to the petitioner-society to purchase the same from other sources. While issuing rule on 18-6-2002, that interim order was continued.

Thus, interim order is in force since last more than sixteen years.

As nobody is appearing for the petitioner, we dismiss the writ petition for want of prosecution. Rule discharged. No costs.
