2) We dispense with the notices to the respondent Nos.5 and 6 as the order proposed to be passed is innocuous. 3) The record depicts that respondent No.5 holds a CL-III license, which the respondent No.1 Commissioner permitted to shift vide order dated 15/01/2021. Against the said order the petitioners appear to have preferred a revision before the State Government which is informed to be pending since February 2023.

4) It is the contention of Mr.Undre, learned Counsel for the petitioners that the said revision petition was heard some time back, however, till this date the decision on the same is not communicated. A prayer made in the present petition is for issuance of a direction to the State Government to decide the revision expeditiously.

2 921-wp 4845.2024.odt 5) Mr.Ukey, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 submits that Court may pass an appropriate order in the matter.

6) As such, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition by permitting the petitioners to appear before the State Government on 23/09/2024. Once, the petitioners appear before the State Government, we direct the State Government to decide the revision of the petitioners in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four months from the date of appearance of the petitioners. 7) The petitioners and the Additional Government Pleader are permitted to communicate this order to the respondent authorities.
