DATE : MARCH 11, 2015 After hearing the parties for sometime, it is pointed out that application below Exhibit-15 moved by the petitioner-original plaintiff seeking to restrain the respondent from not obstructing the petitioner from carrying out its business, is pending for consideration before the trial court. In view if this, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition and prays for directions to be issued to the trial Court for deciding aforesaid application expeditiously.

The request is not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent. Hence, Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn, however trial Court is directed to decide application at Exhibit-15 expeditiously and in any event within a period of four weeks from the next date of appearance before the trial Court.
