CAS No.636/2018 in SA No. 437/2016 and Pursis St.No.10691/2018 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 30.08.2018 The application is filed under Order 22 Rule 4 of the CPC for bringing legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.1 on record. It is stated in the application that respondent no.1 died on 04.02.2018 during the pendency of the appeal leaving behind his legal heirs. The application is supported by affidavit.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and since the application is filed within time, the same is allowed. The applicant is allowed to bring on record legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the appeal memo.
