Perused the First Information Report and statements of both injured. The role ascribed to the applicant is of facilitating the offence by caught holding the victim. The assailant who dealt blows were arrested and released on bail. The weapon used in commission of crime is also seized. Having regard to these facts, applicants liberty can be protected. In view of that following order. 3.

Ad-interim order dated 09/08/2021 is hereby made absolute on the same terms and conditions. 4.

The applicant shall continue to attend Police Station till filing of charge-sheet.
