Heard Shri S. M. Ghodeswar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent Nos.1 to 4/State. 3.

The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking following reliefs in prayer clause (a) and (b). "a) To direct respondent nos.2 to 4 to include the name of respondent No.5 as accused in First Information Report no.0032 of 2020 dated 01.02.2020 registered by respondent no.4 before it on complaint made by petitioner and to investigate the case further in that perspective;

b) To direct further investigation in First Information Report no.0032 of 2020 dated 01.02.2020 registered by respondent no.4 to be done by a different Investigating Officer or Investigating agency, after inclusion of name of respondent no.5 as accused in it, if this Hon'ble Court deems fit and necessary."

Shri S. M. Ghodeswar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent Nos.1 to 4 states that the Investigating Officer has completed the investigation and has filed the charge-sheet. He further states that in the charge-sheet, name of the respondent No.5 is included as an accused.

In view of the aforesaid position, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition. The petition is disposed of, as infuctuous.
