Learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition as the same has became infructuous since the petitioners has conducted the election.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.

This is an application filed by the petitioners for withdrawing the statement made by the earlier Counsel before this Court while appearing in the matter on 04.04.2025.

The earlier Counsel has made a statement before this Court that 'the applicants/invervenors are the life

2 931.wp.4451.2024 members of the Trust', while seeking permission to add them as a party respondents.

Therefore, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw said statement as it is against the pleading, so also, made without ascertaining the facts by the earlier Counsel.

As such, the application is allowed. The statement made by the petitioner before this Court, which is reflecting in the order dated 04.04.2025 in paragraph (1), is hereby allow to withdraw.

All pending Civil Applications, if any, are also disposed of accordingly.
