01] This is an application for correcting the surname of applicant No.3 in the cause title. Due to mistake on the part of the office of the learned Counsel for the applicants, the name of applicant No.3 was wrongly typed as 'Sou. Nirmala Rameshrao Mahule, instead of Tara Ramesh Mahalle. The first appeal is already disposed of on 05/10/2016.

02] In view of the statement across the bar and for the reasons stated in the application, the application

1.caf.825.22 2/2 deserves to be allowed and is, accordingly, allowed in terms of its prayer clause.

03] Consequential amendments to be carried out by the office with the assistance of the learned Counsel for the applicants, if necessary, within a period of two weeks, in all the necessary record including the judgment.
