Shri Uttam Chakravarty, learned counsel h/f Shri M. M. Agnihotri, learned counsel waives notice for respondent No.2. Perused the application and the judgment dated 09/03/2017 in First Appeal No.1112/2007.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the said judgment be corrected as under :- a) In Paragraph No.3 of the said judgment, the words "First Appeal No.961/2008" be replaced by the words "First Appeal No.961/2007".

b) In Paragraph No. 8(ii) of the said judgment, the words "Rs.1,34,600/- for 0.81 R land from Survey No.27" be read as "Rs.1,34,600/- per hectare for 0.81 R. land from Survey No.27".

1-CAF-1487-21 The corrections be carried out accordingly in the original judgment and same be uploaded.

Application is allowed and disposed of.
