Date : 19 th October, 2015 Heard Shri Shinde, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants. None appears for the non-applicants. After going through the averments made in this Misc. Civil Application, I am satisfied that a sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay in filing the paper-book and a case is also made out for restoration of the second appeal.

Hence, the Misc. Civil Application is allowed. The second appeal is restored to file. The appellants to comply with all the office objections within a period of eight weeks from today; failing which, the Misc. Civil Application shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
