This is an application filed by the applicant/respondent no.1 seeking permission for withdrawal of amount deposited by the applicants. 3.

Perused the application.

It is stated that the applicants have deposited Rs.24,82,855/- vide Pursis Stamp No.2 of 2021 dated 06.07.2021. It is stated that the land acquisition proceeding was initiated under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant/respondent no.1 is permitted to

30 caf1571.21.odt withdraw 50% of the decreetal amount along with interest accrued thereon on furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial).

The Civil application stands disposed of.
