The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent - Committee has failed to obey the orders passed in Writ Petition No.1552 of 2014, by which a direction was issued to the Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks.
The learned advocate for the petitioner on instructions makes a statement that the caste claim of the petitioner is decided on 25.11.2020, the contempt petition therefore has become infructuous. The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
