This is an application moved by the legal heirs of appellant no.1 Smt. Shantabai on record. Shri Kubhalkar, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1(a) to 1(f) and Ms. Lambat, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 4(a) and (b) and 5 have no objection if the application is allowed. Nobody appeared for respondent nos. 2 and 3, though served.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

The appellant no.2 is directed to carry out the necessary amendments within a period of three
