Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Having failed to acquire requisite qualification of trained teacher, the petitioner'

s services were terminated.

Having heard counsel for the petitioner for sometime, we see absence of legal basis to substantiate the claim made by the petitioner for setting aside the order impugned. 4.

That being so, the petition stands dismissed being devoid of merits. No costs.

As far as the contention of the petitioner for grant of service benefits in the matter of gratuity and other reliefs are concerned, we permit the petitioner to make representation to that effect which needs to be decided in accordance with law.
