The Family Court Appeal No. 24 of 2019 is filed by the appellant - wife challenging the judgment of the Family Court dated 25.03.2019 in the Petition No. A-1071 of 2017. The said decision is challenged by the respondent - husband by filing Family Court Appeal No. 7 of 2020.

The learned advocate appearing for the respondent - husband in Family Court Appeal No. 7 of 2020 has filed the pursis, thereby informing that both the parties have amicably settled the dispute and Family Court, Rajkot has granted divorce by mutual consent to them vide judgment and order dated 28.11.2019 in the Family Suit No. 426 of 2019. The photo copies of the order are placed on record along with pursis, they are marked 'X' for identification.

Taking into consideration the photo copies of the decision of the Family Court, Rajkot in Family Suit No.426 of 2019 and in view of statement made in the pursis that the matter is amicably settled between the parties, we deem it appropriate to dispose of both the Family Court Appeals.
