Shri Shende, the learned counsel for the petitioners, states that due to the subsequent development, the cause for filing the writ petition is rendered infructuous. It is stated that during the pendency of the writ petition, the services of the petitioner no.1 are terminated and the petitioner no.1 has approached the School Tribunal by filing an appeal against the said order.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel, the writ petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
