Shri S.G. Joshi, the learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant has expired. In view of the death of the appellant, the appeal is disposed of as abated.

However, Shri Joshi further states that the legal heirs of the appellant may be desirous of prosecuting the appeal. As on today, even according to Shri Joshi he has no further instructions in the matter. If the legal heirs are desirous of prosecuting the appeal, they are at liberty to take appropriate steps.
