By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent nos.2 and 3 to allow the petitioner to resume the duty as a Headmaster of Nutan Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Kingaonraja.

Shri De, the learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3, states that it is learnt that the petitioner has expired during the pendency of the writ petition on 19.11.2012. It is stated that the cause for filing the writ petition may have been rendered infructuous due to this development.

It appears that the cause for filing the writ petition may have been rendered infructuous due to the death of the petitioner in the year 2012. Hence, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
