DATED : 03/03/2021 After hearing this matter for quite some time, we have noticed that this petition lacks in raising several important grounds and also making relevant pleadings.

In these circumstances, we would like to grant liberty to the petitioners to withdraw the petition and file a fresh one properly drafted. However, learned counsel for the petitioner insist on his request that petitioners be allowed to amend the petition. We do not think that any amendment now would cure the basic defects already existing in the petition. The request is rejected.

The petition is disposed of.
