DATE :- JULY 05, 2022 This Court while deciding Writ Petition No.1766 of 1998 directed the respondent no.2-Scrutiny Committe, Nagpur to decide the petitioner's caste claim in accordance with law. By this application, it is prayed that since the claim of the petitioner falls within the jurisdiction of the Scrutiny Committee, Gadchiroli, such directions be issued to that Committee by modifying the said judgment.

Considering the aforesaid, the directions issued in Writ Petition No. 1766 of 1998 on 24.10.2013 shall be complied by the Scrutiny Committee, Gadchiroli. Necessary steps in that regard be taken.
