The perusal of the impugned order passed by the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal would reveal that the learned Tribunal has taken into consideration all the relevant aspects. It has been found that the transfer of the respondent no.3 to Amravati was done as a special case on medical grounds. This was done after following the due procedure prescribed under the Act, i.e. after approval of the Hon'ble Chief Minister.

In that view of the matter, no case is made out for interference. The petition is rejected.
