Heard Shri N.R. Sakhander, Advocate holding for Shri D.S. Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

In the first half, statement was made that the controversy in Writ Petition No. 4020 of 2018 and present matter is same. We, therefore, called for record of Writ Petition No. 4020 of 2018. There it appears that the grievance was against on-going recovery. In present petition demand is to set aside the order reducing pay-scale and to restore original pay-scale and to grant arrears therefor. That impugned order is dated 10.12.1999. This petition has been filed almost after 19 years. 3.

We, therefore, find the statement made highly objectionable. We, therefore, dismiss the present petition with cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rs. Five thousand only) to High Court, Bar Association, Nagpur.
