By this application, the applicants/appellants are seeking time to pay the costs of Rs.5,000/- to the respondent. 3.

This Court, by order dated 28.03.2024, dismissed the appeal with costs of Rs.5,000/- to the respondent. It is contended that the costs of Rs.5,000/- could not be paid to the respondent within given time.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the appellants are permitted to pay the costs of Rs.5000/- to the respondent, within two weeks from today.
