The directions dated 15.3.2013 issued by this Court only expected respondents to consider the entitlement of petitioner for regularisation in terms of Government Circulars. As per those Circulars, the entitlement has been considered. Hence the petitioner applied in response to the advertisement dated 12.5.2013 issued by the respondents.

The order dated 15.3.2013 is a common order in W.P. No. 4951, 5677 and 5755 of 2012. The petitioners in W.P. No. 4951 and 5677 of 2012 had filed W.P. No. 2791/13 before this Court after the advertisement dated 17.5.2013 on account of their non-

173cp93.14 selection claiming direct regularisation. That writ petition has also been dismissed on 28.10.2013.

In this situation, it is apparent that there is no case fo contempt. Petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Judge Judge /TA/
