Deshpande, the learned Advocate for the respondent No.13 has filed an application dated 19-06-2015 praying that the respondent No.13 be exempted from appearance as he is required to go out of Nagpur for the reasons stated in the application. Considering the reason of illness of mother of the respondent No.13 as stated in the application, exemption as prayed is granted for today.

The civil application is disposed.
