This is an application seeking to quash FIR in Crime No.168/2024 registered with Police Station Gittikhadan, District - Nagpur, for the offence punishable under Sections 120-B, 294, 342, 389, 420, 467, 471, 494, 406, 504, 506 and 502 of the Indian Penal Code on account of settlement. 3.

Non-applicant No.2 (informant) has appeared before us through Advocate who has also filed a reply-cum-affidavit stating about the Prity

He has also stated that he does know the English language and thus, he is not aware about the contents of reply. The informant stated that the matter is not settled and still he want sometime. 4.

In view of above, the application stands disposed of with liberty to approach afresh on settlement or on merit as advised so.
