Dated : 26 th June, 2018 Shri Rawlani, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, does not dispute that the reliefs claimed in the present petition were also claimed in Criminal Writ Petition No.190 of 2018, in which this Court passed an order on 24-2-2018 as under :

"Shri Rawlani, the learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. The points raised in the petition are however kept open."

It is urged that this Court had kept all the points open

2606cri.wp440.18.odt and, therefore, the present petition is filed. We cannot entertain such argument and in our view this is nothing but a bench-hunting.

The criminal writ petition is dismissed.
