None appeared for the petitioner on 17th March, 2015, 18th March, 2015 and in the morning session today. The matter was kept back. In the afternoon session when the matter is called out, again none appeared for the petitioner. While issuing Rule, this Court has recorded in the order dated 14th November, 2008 that this writ petition be placed with First Appeal No. 632 of 1995. The office has put the endorsement that in 1995 the registration number ended with No. 601 of 1995.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. No costs.
