DATE : 06-11-2020.
Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.
2.
Heard learned Advocate Shri Shingne for respondent nos. 1 and 2 and learned AGP Shri Bissa for the appellants. 3.
This Court as per judgment dated 09-01-2020 was pleased to dismiss First Appeal No.660/2016. The land owners were permitted to withdraw the amount after the expiry of appeal period is over. It is not pointed out to me that the State has preferred an appeal. The respondent nos. 1 and 2 are asking for withdrawal of Rs. 19,35,566/-. The bank details are given in paragraph 6. Both parties are entitled for amount equally. 4.
It is submitted that it will be difficult for the respondents to appear before this Court as they are aged-old and they are residents of district Amravati and hence prayed for transferring the amount to the Reference Court in Land Acquisition Case No.3/2012. Hence, the order :-
