3] Shri Jetha states that the signature on the cheque is admitted by the accused.

4] Shri Jetha submits that the cheque was issued by the accused towards payment for electronic goods purchased on credit.

5] I have scrutinized the reasons recorded by the learned Magistrate. It would be necessary to revisit the material on record to ascertain whether the accused has

6] Leave to appeal is granted. The appeal be registered.
