The petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing statutory Appeal under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private School (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977, if the action for removal or reversion is taken against him, on the basis of the enquiry contemplated. The order of suspension is under challenge.
