The contention of the petitioners is that since the land bearing Survey No.190 having fallen to the
2 W.P.No.2892.2021 exclusive share of respondent No.1 in the partition as effected by a decree of the Civil Court, the son of petitioner No.1 is entitled to get the employment under the Resettlement and Rehabilitation Policy of respondent No.2, as he would be the only project affected person in terms of this Policy. It is submitted that in spite of such legal position, the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are mentioning that since there is a dispute regarding the petitioners exclusively being project affected persons, the petitioners should obtain a direction from a Civil Court. 3.
Issue notice for final disposal at admission stage to the respondents, returnable after three weeks. 4.
