By way of this application, the claimants make a prayer to direct the Registry to transfer the amount as per order of this Court dated 28.07.2021 in the joint account of respondent nos.1 to 4 of which the details are already provided with the Registry, wherein the spelling of the names of respondent nos.1 to 4 are mentioned as under: "Kanukamma Laxman Seepelli, Bharathi Laxman Seepelli, Pushpalata Laxman Seepelli and Swapna Laxman Seepelli"

Considering nature of prayer and considering the affidavit filed by the claimants/respondent nos.1 to 4, I am satisfied that incorrect spelling of the names of the claimants

16 caf1674.21.odt due to different pronunciation of the names of claimants there cannot be any technical problem to release the amount.

Registry is directed to release the amount as per order dated 28.07.2021 as per names appearing in the Aadhar Card so also Bank account details of claimants/respondent nos.1 to 4 as above.

Appellant is directed to correct names of respondent nos.1 to 4 as per Aadhar Card within two weeks as above.

The application stands disposed of.
