The petitioner has challenged the communication dated 20.04.2023 issued by respondent 1 thereby refusing to include the name of representative of the petitioner in the voter list for the election of Board of Directors of the respondent 2 for the period 2023 to 2028. The reason for refusal is that the petitioner has not produced the required documents within the stipulated period. On 21.04.2023 he has produced the said documents. Now by filing this application he is seeking permission to include his name in the provisional voter list as the programme is declared and the date of nomination is 15.05.2023. 2.

The application is allowed.
