In the application, it is stated that respondent No.1 was survived by two legal representatives. Shri V. A. Dhabe, learned counsel appearing for the legal representatives states that there are two other legal representatives who have not been referred to in the application. Shri A. D. Vyawahare, learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks leave to add the remaining legal representatives.

Leave to amend the application is granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith. For reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of the prayer in the application. Amendment be carried out within period of one week from today. Shri V. A. Dhabe, waives notice on behalf of legal representatives of respondent No.1. Application is allowed and disposed of.
