The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the Writ Petition, the National Power Training Institute where the petitioner is engaged has issued orders of pay fixation. Other similarly situated aggrieved employees have approached the Central Administrative Tribunal raising grievance against the pay fixation. The petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal since the petitioner is also aggrieved by the order of pay fixation.
