Petition challenges communication dated 28/04/2016 issued by respondent no.1 staying the order passed by respondent no.2. Revision is pending before respondent no.1.
As revision is pending, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits. The learned Counsel for petitioner submits that revisional authority be directed to decide the revision within a time frame.
Respondent no.1 is directed to decide the revision within a period of two months. All rival contentions of parties are kept open.
Writ petition stands disposed of in above terms. No order as to costs.
