The appellants accused are already released on bail, however, as they are in service, the appellants / accused have filed this application praying that the conviction be suspended.

The learned Advocate for the appellants has submitted that as the paper book is already filed and appeals of 2016 are being taken up for hearing, the appeal itself can be taken up for hearing and if the appeal is taken up for hearing, the criminal application is not pressed.

The appeal be included in the hearing parties board.

The criminal application is dismissed as not pressed.
