Considering the prayers made in the petition, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent no.3-Director of Education (Secondary), Pune to take a decision on the recommendations made by the Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati, as reflected in the communication dated 04.09.2023 issued by him, within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.
