By this Application, Appellant seeks condonation of delay in preferring the Appeal. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, I am satisfied that the delay caused in preferring the Appeal is properly explained and sufficient ground is made out for condoning the delay. 4.

In view thereof, delay in preferring the present Appeal is condoned subject to payment of costs Yadav VG 1/2

It is made clear that the Appellant will not be entitled to claim interest on the decreetal amount from the date of the impugned Judgment and Decree till this date, if the Appeal is allowed.
