Petitioner No.2 has sought inclusion of his name in the waiting list of candidates seeking compassionate appointment. On 8/3/2022, he made a request to that effect to the Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati. Hence, on 5/7/2022, the following order was passed : "Heard.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable in four weeks. Ms. N.P. Mehta, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent nos. 1 to 3.

In the meanwhile, the respondent no.3 to indicate the steps taken pursuant to the communication dated 15.03.2022 issued by the respondent no.2."

Today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati submits that the name of petitioner No.2 has been included in the waiting list of the candidates seeking appointment on compassionate basis at Sr. No. 32. This list has been published by the Education Officer (Secondary). It is further stated that the case of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law. In view of aforesaid, the purpose of filing the Writ Petition stands served. It is accordingly disposed of.
