The grievance of the petitioner which is a Urban Co-operative Bank is that it's request for recording its charge in the record of rights of properties (a) at Mouja-Wani, Village No. 337, Sheet No.17/C, Plot No.3/1/1 and 3/1/2, admeasuring 6000 square feet, Taluka Wani, District Yavatmal alongwith construction standing thereon and (b) at Mouja-Wani, Sheet No.18/A, Plot No.39 (Part), admeasuring 1394.5 Square meters (15000 sq. feet) Taluka Wani, District Yavatmal alongwith construction thereon has not been recorded by the Taluka Inspector of Land Records despite such request having been made on 13.01.2023 and thereafter on 10.02.2023.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner recovery certificate under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 has been issued to the Bank and hence the request as made by the Bank ought to be considered by the Taluka Inspector of Land Records.

In the aforesaid facts, since the petitioner's applications dated 13.01.2023 and 10.02.2023 are pending with the Taluka Inspector of Land Records, he is directed to take a decision thereon within a period of four weeks of receiving copy of this order. Such decision be taken in accordance with law and communicated to the petitioners. 5.
