Non-applicant No.1 through Investigating Officer has filed Criminal Application (APPP) No.858/2024 permitting him to file charge-sheet. By way of interim order dated 10.12.2019, this Court had directed not to file charge-sheet without seeking leave of the Court. It is stated that after the investigation, the offences which are transpired are under Sections 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

In view of the fact that the investigation is complete, the Investigating Officer is allowed to file charge-sheet within a period of two weeks from today. The copy of the same be given to the applicant within a period of one week from filing of the charge-sheet. 3.

Liberty is granted to the applicant to carry out the amendment, if advised, in the application after receipt

The copy of the charge-sheet and the amended application be provided on or before 18.07.2024 to the Court as well as to the other side.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
