Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that, in view of the order passed by this Court, the problem of parking of water tankers in front of house of the petitioner has now stopped.

The petition has, therefore, served it's purpose and it is disposed of as such.

However, the Municipal Corporation is directed to ensure that, on account of parking of any of the tankers, no inconvenience is caused to the citizens including the petitioner.
