The petitioner seeks regularization in service on the post of 'Primary Teacher' since it is submitted that he has rendered more than ten years of service and is entitled for such regularization in view of the Government Resolution dated 06.02.2023. In that regard, the petitioner has made a representation on 10.02.2023 to the respondent no.4-Project Officer, Integrated Tribal Development, Project Akola. 3.

In these facts, since the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2023 is pending with the respondent no.4, it is directed that a decision thereon be taken within a period of six weeks of receiving the copy of this order. Decision taken be communicated to the petitioner. 4.
