Criminal Application (APPP) No.861/2024 is filed on behalf of the Investigating Officer permitting him to file charge-sheet. By order dated 18.08.2020 it is directed that any coercive action shall not be taken against the applicants without seeking leave of the Court. 2.

In view of the fact that now the investigation is over, the Investigating Officer is allowed to file chargesheet within a period of two weeks from today. Copy of the charge-sheet be given to the applicants within a period of one week thereafter. After receipt of the copy of the charge-sheet, if advised, the applicant may carry out amendment to the application within a period of two weeks. Copy of the amended application and the copy of the charge-sheet be filed on record for the purpose of Court as well as be given to the non-applicants.
