The learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered a pursis in the Court, today.

It is stated in the pursis that the petitioner has been asked to remain present for hearing on 07.12.2015, in the departmental appeal filed by the petitioner against the notice of compulsory retirement. It is stated that in view of this development, the petitioner is not desirous of prosecuting the writ petition at this stage and he may be permitted to withdraw the same and file a fresh petition if occasion arises in future. In view of the aforesaid statement, we permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.
The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The points raised in the petition are kept open. JUDGE JUDGE APTE
