The criminal Application No.864 of 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Investigating Officer to allow him to file chargesheet. He was allowed to carry on the investigation, however, was directed not to file charge-sheet until further orders. 2.

As the investigation is complete and the charge-sheet is ready, the Investigating Officer is allowed to file the charge-sheet within a period of two weeks from today. Copy of the same be given to the applicant within a period of one week thereafter. After receipt of the copy of the charge-sheet, if advised, the applicant to carry out amendment to the application on or before 16.07.2024. Copy of the amended application and the copy of the charge-sheet be given to the other side in advance, and to the Court. Place the matter for further consideration on 19/07/2024. 3.
