For the reasons stated in the application, and in view of the order dated 10/01/2022, passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Misc. Civil Application No. 21 of 2022 in Suo Motu Writ Petition (C) No.3 of 2020 extending limitation due to the pandemic situation, I am of the opinion that sufficient cause is shown for condonation of delay.

Accordingly, the Criminal Application is allowed. The delay in filing the appeal is condoned. 4.
